All Kaplan teachers have scored in the top 10% of the test and are current medical school students or practising doctors. They must score highly in the test that they would like to teach in order to be considered by Kaplan. Once they have gone through the selection process, potential teachers must take part in a Teacher Development Module and training programme to learn the Kaplan methods and strategies. They are continuously assessed by our Lead Teachers and Academic Staff to ensure that they meet the quality expected from Kaplan teachers.
End of course surveys are sent out to students that have attended a Kaplan course. Several of the questions on these surveys are about the teacher of the course so teacher quality is constantly monitored.
