How it works:
Once enrolled, our academics team will assign you an expert tutor based on your needs. All in person private tutoring takes place at our London Centre located at 3-5 Charing Cross Road, London WC2H 0HA. All online private tutoring takes place via Adobe Connect. You will begin by taking a diagnostic test, which will help you and your tutor better understand your strengths and weaknesses before you get started on your tuition. A tailored schedule can be made between you and your tutor to best decide how you want to maximise the hours of your tutoring package.
Estimated time period in which to complete your tutoring hours:
35 hours: 3-4 months
25 hours: 2-3 months
15 hours: 4-6 weeks
Please note that you will need to put aside time outside of your lessons to review, study, and complete any homework or assignments. Time periods may vary slightly based on availability and the needs of the student.
Spaces with tutors are limited. We recommend that you book at least 2-3 weeks in advance to guarantee your place. If you are interested in booking a package and have specific time constraints, please contact us before registering so we can confirm availability.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work?
After you sign up, you will need to take the diagnostic exam and start any classroom component first and start the tutoring once you have that grounding in the basics.
If you want private tutoring because you can't do a group course, be aware that you will have a significant amount of work to do in between your sessions, and so you might not want to do more than 2 sessions of 2 hours each, per week.
If you’re not sure how to structure your private tutoring session, don’t worry! First, complete the diagnostic exam, then meet with your tutor for that first session (1-2 hours), get the homework, and see how you feel. You can make a decision with your tutor about what the best structure and schedule will be for you. Your tutor will also review the diagnostic with you and create a study plan that suits your needs.
Beyond your general availability, i.e. evenings, daytimes, weekends, you’re free to schedule sessions directly with your tutor and adjust the pace to how you’re progressing.
How long are the tutoring sessions?
That is up to you! In general, we recommend your tutoring session be between 90 minutes to 2 hours long, and usually meeting no more than 2 times a week.
How long does it take to match me a tutor?
In general, it can take up to 10 days. However, the more flexible you are in terms of availability the quicker we are likely to match them a tutor.
Can the tutor travel to my office/house?
Outside of centre tutoring is considered on a case by case basis scenario and dependent on where the student is located could incur an additional surcharge. But if you can't make it to the centre at all, we do offer Private Tutoring Online.
Can I meet a tutor?
No, but we do offer free events at our London Centre and live online that will give you an idea of who our tutors are. Also, we have tutor bio's on the website if you want to know their background. Not only are all of our tutors are required to have scored in the 90th percentile or above on the GMAT, they are all put through a rigorous training process making sure that they know how to convey the strategies to students of all levels. They are also extremely engaging and passionate about helping students grow their confidence with the test. You will definitely be in good hands.
How much time do I need to prep?
We recommend 2-3 months (120-150 hours). Then allow for about 2 weeks to review before your actual test day. Also, make sure the day before the test you take a break from studying to let everything you've learned soak in.
