Laure Thomas- GMAT Live Online Student
I'm very satisfied as I had a score of 710, achieving my 700 target that I needed to apply to my preferred schools (LBS, INSEAD & HEC)- thanks to Marianna's explanations, I managed to pull a decent score in Quantitative, which had always been troublesome for me and I did not neglect revising the Verbal Section, which I modestly pulverized:
Quantitative 42, 62
Verbal 44, 97
Total 710, 92
Many thanks again for your teaching! It's not easy to convey enthusiasm for a standarized somewhat mechanical test via impersonal video interface, yet you did it and managed to keep our focus on getting smart at preparing for the GMAT.

Kimberley - February 2010 NCLEX-RN Student
…after attending the five day review with Patricia and studying the Kaplan way I passed the exam, first time. I found the course materials to be very thorough, effective, value for money and was extremely impressed by Patricia's experience and dedication to getting her students through the NCLEX-RN exam. She is extremely inspirational and certainly motivated me to pass! I have friends that will be taking the NCLEX exam over the next couple of years, and when they ask me the secret of my success. I will be telling them Kaplan is the only company to go with and hopefully they will still be taught by Patricia, as she is one of the best tutors I have came across. Thank you to you and your staff and please tell Patricia to keep up the amazing work she does.

Dr Helen Mackay - Kaplan Medical, USMLE Step 2 CS Student
This course was invaluable and well worth it. I am not sure whether I have passed this time, but I have really taken the advice on board… and how to do it the American way... I failed the exam the first time… (and) think I was in blissful ignorance when I failed the first time. This practice exam really prepared me for the exam 2 days later. I was in no doubt this time as to exactly what was expected of me (in the exam). I would recommend this course for those people who have graduated outside the US and are planning to sit the CS exam. Despite some negativity on occasion, I am still glad that I chose to do this exam. There are well structured fellowship programs in the US, with a great emphasis on trainer responsibility. US residents work in excess of 80 hours each week with less annual leave, but really get their money’s worth when it comes to learning and training. Helen emailed Kaplan on 1st February, informing us that she had passed her exam.

Aisha Minteh – NCLEX 2010 Live Class Student
The course materials are more than great, simple and easy to digest. I started my studies reading the Kaplan Basics Book. I then used the Kaplan Course Book alongside the online review just as Kaplan advised. I loved the live class the most. I had the most incredible tutor, Patricia. She taught me the “Kaplan” way, showing me all the strategies and how to apply the Decision Tree to questions. She made me start thinking critically and in five days I became confident again. I worked on the Question Trainers and finished my NCLEX Qbank two weeks after the live class. All the while Patricia was available by email telling me that I could do it. She was to me like glucose is to the body, she is amazing.

USMLE Step 2CK Center Prep Student | August - November 2009
The Step 2CK exam is a hard examination and can be easily underestimated especially if having just prepared for or passed the Step 1. It is anything but easy however and you have to prepare extremely well to have a chance of passing even if you are British-trained. The question stems are very long and the material has to be grasped well otherwise one will struggle. I found the Kaplan Step 2CK course useful as it enabled me to focus on topics that I was weak on. I found the lecture material very useful. There is a vast amount of material there and it would be impossible to go through everything but if I had more time I would have tackled more questions. Everyone studies differently but the Kaplan Step 2 CK course can be a very useful adjunct to book reading in preparing for this exam.

Naa Anin (RN) - NCLEX-RN Student
Every internationally trained nurse with dreams of going to America should make Kaplan their first step in that dream. I found the classroom review very helpful. It helped me understand the difference between passing and failing level questions. The decision tree was a great help, the question and answer review in class with various tips from Trisha stayed with me as I studied. On my exam day, as I answered the questions, I could see I was answering a lot of passing level questions. I was thrilled to find out I had passed.

Andrew Peck - GMAT Student
I just wanted to pass on some news of my recent GMAT score. In my diagnostic test I scored 590, and I recently achieved 720 in the official test with a 5 for the essays! I am very happy with the result and can attribute much of it to great teaching.

Angela Aitia - Kaplan Nursing | NCLEX Complete Course Student
I attended the 5day live course in June and took the exam in August and passed on the 75th question. The commitment and dedication of the Kaplan staff, especially Patricia in helping students pass the NCLEX is exceptional. The entire curriculum including reading materials, Qbank questions, tips given in class and the Kaplan Decision Tree were very instrumental in my success. Before the course I lacked confidence and did not believe I could pass the first time. I found the Kaplan course very effective, good value for money, and makes Nurses like me realize their dreams of working as a Registered Nurse in the US. I will strongly encourage anyone preparing for the NCLEX exam to purchase the live and online course – It’s an investment they will never regret.

Rosemarie L - Kaplan Nursing | NCLEX 5 Day Live Class Student
It's almost a year now since I took the 5 day live course held in London . It's a really nice experience to take the Kaplan review. The online course, books and Qbank really helped me a lot. What more can I say an excellent nursing curriculum, supportive staff and an excellent live course tutor, Patricia Barasch. I passed my exams last December so i highly recommend to friends who will be taking the exams take the Kaplan course in order to go through to the NCLEX.
