USMLE.org have announced that as of the 1st January 2011 Prometric Test Centers (where you take your USMLE) will charge a fee if USMLE examiness change their testing appointments thirty of fewer days before their scheduled test date. This includes cancelations, changine test center locations and rescheduling.
The below table lists the fees now applicable when changing or cancelation a test date at a Prometric test center:
