International Nurses must provide State Boards with a minimal amount of information about their qualifications and experience. In order to assess your capabilities as a future US Registered Nurse, States require you send them certain information. The NCLEX is a requirement of Licensure in all US States. To take the NCLEX-RN exam you need to secure an Authorization to Test (ATT) from that State Board.
