Top Business Schools Increase Their Intake Due to Record Number of Students

The Financial Times has reported that there are a record number of students at top business schools this year and because of this, leading schools such as Wharton, Harvard and Stanford have increased their intake. Other top schools such as INSEAD plan to increase their intake during the coming year to allow for more successful applicants.


ECFMG – The Facts for International Medical Graduates

The ECFMG – Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates works with International Medical Graduates to provide certification. This certification assesses whether these graduates have the necessary educational standards to enter Residency in the United States. Only a few US Business Schools plan to accept the GRE

There has been much discussion over the past few months about whether more business schools will begin accepting the GRE (Graduate Record Examination) as well as the GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) as part of their admission policy. Business schools such as Harvard and Wharton have recently begun accepting the GRE, so it has been speculated that other schools may also adopt this. However a recent Kaplan survey has revealed that many schools do not have plans to follow suit.


US Residency Application - Remember to reserve your slot on ERAS to submit your Letter of Recommendation

If you are a Doctor applying for residency in the US you should already be aware that you have to use the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) to submit your application. A part of your application is to submit a Letter of Recommendation (LoR). In order to do this you would need to reserve a slot on your MyERAS account so your Letter of Recommendation can be submitted though the ERAS PostOffice.
